This one bedroom rustic house is situated in a village called Sadavo, which is 25k south of Varna on the Black Sea Coast. This region boasts wonderful golden beaches which are extremely popular to most Europeans. We have owned this house since 2005 and have had very many happy holidays there. This is a reluctant sale due to health issues. The house is a small compact, easy to maintain property, we purchased this as a newly refurbished property but it could now benefit from a little tlc.
